The Racing Exhaust developed on the racetrack for the racetrack. It is one of the essential components intended for MALOSSI trophy , studied especially to increase the power of the engine at medium and high regimes. The Malossi Trophies are raced in all the world according to precise rules that require different Special Malossi Racing products for each category. This insures an optimum and homogeneous result for the various participants while utilizing the most advanced technologies. With the GP MHR exhaust sytems Malossi expands its range of trophy exhaust systems, that represents the…

The MHR REPLICA exhaust systems address a sporting and demanding customer; they personalize your scooter with elegance and with a “performance sound”, completing the thermodynamic cycle of the famous Malossi MHR…

Malossi is pleased to announce the new RX Black exhaust systems for maxi scooters! It's a new line of exhausts, suitable for a wide range of engines (up to 400 cc). A genuine concentrate of technology, but with a very reduced weight: an RX Black exhaust weights approximately 3.5 kg only! This weight reduction may even reach 3 kg depending on its application. Internal components and DB killer were completely re-designed in order to achieve the best performance, while keeping noise levels within legal limits; vibrations are reduced with three silent-blocks, and assembly is extremely simple. A…

Elastic support that avoids premature breakage of the exhaust system. Die-cast aluminium structure equipped with two rubber elements with central metal part that allows to isolate engine vibrations.
