HJC’s second-generation sport-touring model, the RPHA 71 Carbon, designed for everything from city commuting to cross-country cruising, offers superior performance in a compact and lightweight package and provides enhanced impact resistance and maximum protection thanks to its Premium Integrated Matrix (PIM) Evo Carbon shell and multi-density EPS. Designed for a quieter and more aerodynamic ride through extensive wind tunnel testing, the sunshield-equipped RPHA 71 carries over all the features of its popular predecessor while enhancing the overall rider experience. The RPHA 71 will also accept the second generation of HJC SMART Bluetooth communication systems, allowing riders to stay connected and focused on the road ahead.
Meets or exceeds ECE 22.06 certification. Tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin bar structural integrity, and labeling requirements for road motorcycle helmets.
The new shell material, including carbon, aramid fiber, carbon, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric, and natural flax fiber, offers improved impact resistance for a more comfortable and lightweight helmet.
Integrated sunshield: The smoke-tinted, anti-fog coated sunshield opens quickly and easily thanks to the new low-mounted operating system. The new mechanism allows for depth adjustment to three different positions based on the user's morphology and preferences, for an optimal fit.
