SHIPPING

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, they will be made by carriers (TNT-FEDEX-DHL) defined by BURN-OUT s.r.l. or its delegate. For orders with a total amount starting from € 39,00 with destination IN ITALY shipping cost will be FREE. The goods travel at buyer's risk, but we provide the choice for an assured method of delivery. The customer will be charged of a € 9.00 fee for shipping in Italy or of a fee from € 15.00 to € 52.00 in the rest of the world, clearly displayed before the checkout of the order. (Free shipping in Italy for orders with a total amount starting from €39,00)

In the event that the courier is chosen by the customer, BURN-OUT s.r.l.won't be responsible for the theft/loss of the goods from the moment of the delivery to the carrier to his stock.

If you live in a country member of the European Community, all prices displayed on the site will be VAT included.
If you live in a country that is NOT member of the European Community, all displayed prices are VAT excluded; it is also usual procedure for the custom offices of non-European countries to make the receiver pay import taxes before the delivery of the goods. 

DELIVERY TIME

From the moment of order confirmation, if the shipment of the products has not already been entrusted to the courier yet, it is possible to make changes of sizes and colors within 12 hours.

The delivery times in Italy have an average of 2/3 working days from the date of the shipment of the order and from 3 to 7 days for the overseas, depending by the country of destination; the same could vary due to major causes.
The delivery, unless otherwise written agreement, will take place during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30 from Monday to Friday, except holiday days. I The delivery time of the ordered items on BurnOutMotor.com are related to the stock availability.
In the event that the goods were not immediately available, the customer will be informed of the new date ofdelivery of the requested item, and can choose to continue or get immediate refund.

RETURNS

The customer who intend to exercise the withdrawal right will have, through the orders panel, fill the module and send the return request within 15 days by the receivement of the product. For all the countries outside italy, the shipping costs of return are always at customer expenses. The returned item must be in perfect condition, with original invoice and price tags attached. After the quality check, within 3 (three) days from the return of goods, BURN-OUT s.r.l. will provide to the refund by bank transfer or paypal. The refund relates only to the product price excluding shipping costs, as detailed in the order confirmation and in the invoice. The customer that makes a purchase from Italy can require the free size changing and return only one time per item. All the following size changes will be charged to the customer; for all the size changing with destination out of Italy, the delivery costs are charged to the customer. For size changes, returns and guarantee operations from abroad, the return and reshipping costs will always be charged to the buyer. Furthermore, it is necessary, before sending the return, to wait for the return form and instructions.
