Variator and transmission

HTRoll CALIBRATED ROLLERS WITH HIGH PRECISION for original speed variators and Multivar HTRolls are made with CPT with a specific formula and their weight is marked on one side. HTRolls represent a technical spare part for the original one, in a complete series of calibrated elements capable of varying your scooter's transmission ratio and perfectly regulating its speed and acceleration. Operation Due to the rotation, the weight of the rollers becomes a centrifugal force; the higher the rollers weight, the lower the gear change time, and vice-versa. Variator calibration To optimize engine's…

Multivar is very easy to fit and to modify. It is developed in detail and for specific applications. With a variator that features such sophistication, your scooter has that extra sprint, a consistency in shifting, a greater mechanical ease at high speeds and a constancy in performance you've never experienced before with the original variator. This is what the Malossi technicians wanted to obtain.

MULTIVAR 2000 When the technology makes the difference. Multivar : the sport transmission with the racing acceleration that can't be beat! A jewel to mount on your scooter. Too bad it can't be displayed, it is so perfect! Designed by engineers with great experience, produced entirely in the Malossi factory, utilizing robots with the highest precision. No wonder then if with a variator that features such sophisticated engineering, your scooter suddenly has that extra sprint, a consistency in shifting, a greater mechanical "ease" at high speeds and a constancy in performance you've never…

MULTIVAR 2000 MHR Next The variator has been improved to renew the transmission system as well as to exploit its extraordinary technical features: so we have come out with Multivar MHR Next . This new variator is the evolution of the previous generations, born from the very experience drawn from race tracks and from modern Cad-Cam technology; it allows to achieve the highest performance results. As you can see from the gear curve, our technicians concentrated on further widening the gear range, especially the short gear, thus achieving more acceleration and pick-up as well as improving…

After the great success of Multivar MHR for Yamaha T Max, Malossi has developed the same project for BMW too! Multivar 2000 MHR : the new variator, developed from the very experience drawn from race tracks and from modern Cad-Cam technology, is the evolution of the previous generations, thus allowing to achieve the highest performance results! As you can see from the gear curve, our technicians concentrated on further widening the gear range, thus achieving more acceleration and pick-up as well as improving consistency in shifting. The number of revolutions instead remains nearly unvaried…
