Intake Valves:
- Completely re-profiled, to reach the best performances at all r.p.m.
- Made in special heat-treated steel.
- Valve shank with hard chrome coating against wearing.
- Oversized diameter of valve head.
- Extremely-limited size and shape tolerance.
- Totally refaced valves.
Ø Stem : 5 mm
Ø Head : 31.5 mm
Total length : 81.2 mm
Exhaust Valves:
- Completely re-profiled, to reach the best performances at all r.p.m.
- Made in special stainless and no-magnetic steel.
- Valve shank with hard chrome coating against wearing.
- Oversized diameter of valve head.
- Extremely-limited size and shape tolerance.
- Stellite coating on both the seat and head of the valve.
- Totally refaced valves.

INCREASED 4 STROKE VALVES FOR ORIGINAL HEAD After the great success of 560cc bi-cylinder together with Double Power Cam, head valves could not miss! Malossi technicians have worked to achieve even better performance. These new valves have a bigger diameter and excellent materials and they are completely re-profiled in order to reach the best performance at all revolutions.
