Malossi is pleased to announce the new homologated RX Black exhaust systems for maxi scooters! It's a new line of homologated exhausts, suitable for a wide range of engines (up to 400 cc). A genuine concentrate of technology, but with a very reduced weight: an RX Black exhaust weights approximately 3.5 kg only! This weight reduction may even reach 3 kg depending on its application. Internal components and DB killer were completely re-designed in order to achieve the best performance, while keeping noise levels within legal limits; vibrations are reduced with three silent-blocks, and assembly…

Homologated exhaust systems for Scooters 50 2T Gritty looking, silent, performing. Designed to complete an optimal engine thermodynamic cycle, defined at the test bench and tested on rough road paths with strong slopes. Made of mild steel sheet, internally covered with soundproofing materials, featuring a reinforced “chicane”, epoxy-coating and aluminium die-cast heat shield.

Malossi is pleased to announce the new RX MHR exhaust system, a genuine concentrate of technology, but a very reduced weight: an RX MHR exhaust weights approximately 2.5 kg only! This weight reduction reach 3.5 kg! Internal components and DB killer were completely re-designed in order to achieve the best performance, three silent-blocks allow to reduce vibrations, while a shaped plate and three fasteners on the silencer ensure an easy and quick assembly. POWER EXHAUST BLACK SOUND The Malossi POWER EXHAUST for Vespa PX with 2-stroke engine boosts performance while at the same time improving the “sound” of your Vespa. The exhaust system of a Vespa must be a work of art worthy of the king of scooters, a perfect musical instrument that sparks emotions through its performance and sound . Malossi POWER EXHAUST was designed with these two key elements in mind. The power compared to previous models has been increased by about 5% , thanks to a radical re-design that involved the inner surfaces of the steel sheet used to form the exhaust system. It’s…
