The Supermoto MHR 100 exhaust has been designed with a clear goal in mind: to achieve the utmost performance n combination with the 100 cc cylinder it was built to work with. No compromises, just performance. Each Scooter Racing exhaust is made from an exact and constant thickness of 0.8mm, laser-cut sheet metal, meticulously assembled thanks to T.I.G. and M.I.G. robotic welding as well as manual oxy-acetylene welding, and is finally hand-hammered to perfection. It is also equipped with a calibrated nozzle that complies with the extremely tight tolerances required to ensure that internal…

The Racing Exhaust developed on the racetrack for the racetrack. It is one of the essential components intended for MALOSSI trophy , studied especially to increase the power of the engine at medium and high regimes. The Malossi Trophies are raced in all the world according to precise rules that require different Special Malossi Racing products for each category. This insures an optimum and homogeneous result for the various participants while utilizing the most advanced technologies. With the GP MHR exhaust sytems Malossi expands its range of trophy exhaust systems, that represents the…

Homologated exhaust systems for Scooters 50 2T Gritty looking, silent, performing. Designed to complete an optimal engine thermodynamic cycle, defined at the test bench and tested on rough road paths with strong slopes. Made of mild steel sheet, internally covered with soundproofing materials, featuring a reinforced “chicane”, epoxy-coating and aluminium die-cast heat shield.

HIGH PERFORMANCE EXHAUST SYSTEM A significant re-styling for the legendary motorcycles that left its mark in history. Two new projects designed for collectors and enthusiasts of high quality machines. The already outstanding cylinder kits, known as C.V.F., and the reed valve intakes were the focal points for the evolution of this motorcycle. Within Malossi, there was a strong desire to add to them a special series of exhausts: the new TOO BAD exhaust, sport exhaust systems, re-designed for high performance, with modern and aggressive styling. Innovation and creativity is part of Malossi's…

Malossi is pleased to announce the new RX Black exhaust systems for maxi scooters! It's a new line of exhausts, suitable for a wide range of engines (up to 400 cc). A genuine concentrate of technology, but with a very reduced weight: an RX Black exhaust weights approximately 3.5 kg only! This weight reduction may even reach 3 kg depending on its application. Internal components and DB killer were completely re-designed in order to achieve the best performance, while keeping noise levels within legal limits; vibrations are reduced with three silent-blocks, and assembly is extremely simple. A…
