Ruote eseguite con acciaio speciale da cementazione, le ruote sono ottenute con macchine dentatrici al CNC e le ruote sono rettificate nelle superfici di contatto. Nelle superfici di contatto tra gli ingranaggi abbiamo ottenuto delle piccole sacche utili al trasporto dell’olio per aumentarne e garantire la lubrificazione tra le pareti che scorrono tra loro. I numeri di denti sono stati calcolati per dare un rapporto di trasmissione ottimizzato. In tutte le ruote dove era possibile eseguirli sono stati praticati dei fori di alleggerimento tranne che nella zona di sezione di contatto tra ruota…
