Shaft designed for maximum strength by decreasing the sections and therefore the weight where the geometry allows it. Built with special case-hardening steel, obtained with latest generation lathes with 3D models and cad/cam technology for maximum geometry control, case-hardened and ground in the areas where maximum precision is required. Completely renewed in terms of aesthetics, the dimension of the slot for introducing the gear seòector has been modified by lengthening it to accommodate the spider itself. Malossi Super T Max quickens its steps. Mhr Power Transmission, art. 6714757, is a Malossi project: HTQ Z 26/40 pinion and ring gear pair with lengthened gear ratio, Malossi Morse lightened, narrower, frictionless racing chain. This system completely replaces the original primary gears (25-tooth pinion and 41-tooth ring gear) with a 26-tooth drive pinion and a 40-tooth driven ring gear, thus providing a 7% longer ratio. Ruote eseguite con acciaio speciale da cementazione, le ruote sono ottenute con macchine dentatrici al CNC e le ruote sono rettificate nelle superfici di contatto. Nelle superfici di contatto tra gli ingranaggi abbiamo ottenuto delle piccole sacche utili al trasporto dell’olio per aumentarne e garantire la lubrificazione tra le pareti che scorrono tra loro. I numeri di denti sono stati calcolati per dare un rapporto di trasmissione ottimizzato. In tutte le ruote dove era possibile eseguirli sono stati praticati dei fori di alleggerimento tranne che nella zona di sezione di contatto tra ruota…
