Nelle superfici di contatto tra gli ingranaggi abbiamo ottenuto delle piccole sacche utili al trasporto dell’olio per aumentarne e garantire la lubrificazione tra le pareti che scorrono tra loro. I numeri di denti sono stati calcolati per dare un rapporto di trasmissione ottimizzato. In tutte le ruote dove era possibile eseguirli sono stati praticati dei fori di alleggerimento tranne che nella zona di sezione di contatto tra ruota e crociera cosi da non creare punti di rottura.
Ruote dentate con stesso Z delle originali, medesima battuta fra gli ingranaggi e fascia dentata spostata per ottimizzare l’innesto con l’asse primario. La posizione del dente di trascinamento con la crociera e gli spazi tra le cambiate sono invariate.
