HEAT MASTER Dampens your engine's ebullient spirits It is significantly important to control the engine operating temperature. Not only you should know at how many degrees the engine is working, but it is important to vary its temperature depending on the different operating conditions. Malossi understood this, thus creating HEAT MASTER , an electronic control system to be used with ENERGY PUMP , in order to adjust the engine's temperature in real time. HEAT MASTER can be installed on different scooter models, both two-stroke and four-stroke . Its functions can be modified by easily working…
Additional non-magnetic stainless steel inertia flywheel Ø 94.5 mm, 296 g, providing improved response and smoother rotation speeds.
With an all-new look, the Force Master 2.1 control unit is much easier to configure. Making products more ergonomic and easy to use has always been a Malossi goal: Force Master 2.1 is a contemporary, adequate and super performing product. With an interface for the K and CAN communication lines, a new user interface and the addition of a capacitive ignition input, Force Master 2.1 is the ideal complement for vehicle performance management: without functional limitations, it allows the engine to be pushed beyond the barrier of the original rev limiter. Technical details Carburation adjusting ±…

We suggest to use the O 2 controller to further optimize both carburetion and performances in transistors. In latest generation motorcycles, thanks to lambda sensor, the CDI can rectify the fuel quantity to be injected in order to reach a constant carburetion even in Closed Loop area. The O 2 controller permits to totally control the carburetion as to obtain the best air/fuel ratio. Malossi Lambda emulator is a device able to simulate signals from lambda sensor which original CDI is expected to receive. In this way, original lambda sensor is used to obtain best carburetion without the…

VESPower Ignitions Range of complete ignitions for vintage gear Vespa. In order to allow an easy and perfect installation, a specific version for each model has been studied. The new ignition range features: Lightened flywheel (weight 1,2 kg) with moment of inertia equal to 28 Kg/cm² (see attached chart). It is made from forged with external set up for additional masses (not included into the kit). 12 V (90 Watt ) 4-pole stator with output for battery charging. Red colored plastic fan with advanced booster cooling secondary fins (optimized fan profile and distribution absorption). Wiring…
Malossi is proud to offer its new Digitronic ECU with variable ignition timing! Compared to the original ECU, Malossi has completely modified the ignition timing performance maps and increased the rev limit to 15,000 RPMs. The new Digitronic controls the ignition timing and SAS valve. Ignition Timing Performance Map The ignition timing is controlled by performing a linear interpolation of a tri-dimensional performance map, containing 16 break points for engine speed and 8 break points for engine temperature. SAS Valve Performance Map The secondary air supply to the base of the throttle body…
The Injtronic engine control unit is the natural evolution of the original Piaggio system and enhances vehicle performance. The latest generation 32 bit microprocessor and hardware designed according to the most recent automotive quality standards make up the RACING DNA of this device. Designed to be plug & play, in other words compatible with the original sensors and actuators, the control unit only needs simple throttle calibration to synchronize the engine electronic control system. The calibrations and fine-tuning allow for a definite increase in engine performance. Technical features…
ELECTRONIC COILS The continuous development of electronics in the automotive segment led Malossi to the creation and marketing of a complete line of electronic coils for scooters to be used on the street and for races which is at the highest level of technology. Each electronic coil model was expressly studied for the scooter it will be fitted on, and this is the reason why after endless tests on the bench, on rollers and on the racing track an optimal start up map (fixed or variable) has been prepared in order to obtain the best performances of the vehicle. The Malossi electronic coils were…

The use of the new O 2 controller allows for carburetion management in the area where the Lambda sensor controls the air/petrol mixture to be introduced into the combustion chamber. This device is able to make the Lambda sensor work at a value other than stoichiometric, improving the A/F (Air/Fuel ratio) to improve torque and power while respecting the engine’s DNA. Malossi’s research and development department’s main objective is to ensure that each vehicle has a calibration designed to optimise performance and consumption. The evolution that engine control systems have undergone in recent…
LIMITLESS Have you heard of the theory that argues we use only twenty per cent of our brain? With Force Master 3 you'll use a hundred per cent... of your engine! To improve our most advance control module, we designed with vision, starting with the milestones achieved so far. Thus was conceived Force Master 3, a futuristic control module both in hardware and in software. INTEGRATED LAMBDA EMULATOR The original control module of the scooter, for analysis of the air/fuel ratio and to adjust the carburetion accordingly, normally interfaces with the lambda sensor installed on the silencer. force…
