We made the control unit even more immune to interferences developing an uP STM8 - 8 bit microprocessor with processing speed of 20 MIPS: guaranteeing spark timing with greater accuracy than prior versions!
The MHR Team II includes a not adjustable with 3 trimmers control unit with variable spark advance timing:
It also features 8 preset maps described as follows:
Other essential components have also been revised, such as the high voltage coil, now able to deliver a maximum discharge voltage >40 KV for normal engine speeds from >3000 RPM and an extraordinary ramp up time @10bar> 1750 V/uS.
One of the most important novelties is the new rotor/stator unit, featuring a completely redesigned static component in terms of mechanics and electronics!
The installation instructions graphically illustrate the best spark advance setup for different engines.
Electrical performance improved by 20%. Minimum start-up speed reduced from 450 rpm to 370 rpm.
The effects of this latest evolution translate into increased voltage supplied to the spark plug, at the same speed, which is anything but negligible compared to the previous model.

The use of the new O 2 controller allows for carburetion management in the area where the Lambda sensor controls the air/petrol mixture to be introduced into the combustion chamber. This device is able to make the Lambda sensor work at a value other than stoichiometric, improving the A/F (Air/Fuel ratio) to improve torque and power while respecting the engine’s DNA. Malossi’s research and development department’s main objective is to ensure that each vehicle has a calibration designed to optimise performance and consumption. The evolution that engine control systems have undergone in recent…

VESPower Ignitions Range of complete ignitions for vintage gear Vespa. In order to allow an easy and perfect installation, a specific version for each model has been studied. The new ignition range features: Lightened flywheel (weight 1,2 kg) with moment of inertia equal to 28 Kg/cm² (see attached chart). It is made from forged with external set up for additional masses (not included into the kit). 12 V (90 Watt ) 4-pole stator with output for battery charging. Red colored plastic fan with advanced booster cooling secondary fins (optimized fan profile and distribution absorption). Wiring…
With an all-new look, the Force Master 2.1 control unit is much easier to configure. Making products more ergonomic and easy to use has always been a Malossi goal: Force Master 2.1 is a contemporary, adequate and super performing product. With an interface for the K and CAN communication lines, a new user interface and the addition of a capacitive ignition input, Force Master 2.1 is the ideal complement for vehicle performance management: without functional limitations, it allows the engine to be pushed beyond the barrier of the original rev limiter. Technical details Carburation adjusting ±…

Malossi is proud to offer its new Digitronic ECU with variable ignition timing! Compared to the original ECU, Malossi has completely modified the ignition timing performance maps and increased the rev limit to 15,000 RPMs. The new Digitronic controls the ignition timing and SAS valve. Ignition Timing Performance Map The ignition timing is controlled by performing a linear interpolation of a tri-dimensional performance map, containing 16 break points for engine speed and 8 break points for engine temperature. SAS Valve Performance Map The secondary air supply to the base of the throttle body…
DIGITRONIC for 4-Stroke engines Digital electronic coil featuring a timing advance map in memory on the microprocessor. 500 rpm increase of limiter. Timing advance map controlled by 16 break pointsin order to perfectly fit both Malossi and original 4-stroke cylinders. Controls choke automatically based on engine temperature. RPM limiter : + 500 RPM Attention: The Malossi Engine Control Unit Art. 5512341 is made for vehicles that original have an IMMOBILIZER key, but do not have the Immobilzer internally. Only the LED on the dash will remain active.
Besides its improved fuel curves, efforts from Malossi’s technical staff resulted with a rev limiter increase of 1.200 RPM depending on the vehicle, making Force Master an even higher performing ECU! ELECTRONIC COILS The continuous development of electronics in the automotive segment led Malossi to the creation and marketing of a complete line of electronic coils for scooters to be used on the street and for races which is at the highest level of technology. Each electronic coil model was expressly studied for the scooter it will be fitted on, and this is the reason why after endless tests on the bench, on rollers and on the racing track an optimal start up map (fixed or variable) has been prepared in order to obtain the best performances of the vehicle. The Malossi electronic coils were…
