Material: special die-cast aluminium alloy. Geometry of heat exchange surfaces recalculated and increased (air-cooled models). Cooling circuit sections and paths recalculated and resized (liquid-cooled models). Machining: numerically controlled high precision machines with diamond tools. Surface rust prevention treatment.

These new valves have a bigger diameter and excellent materials and they are completely re-profiled in order to reach the best performance at all revolutions.
