The new HTQ gears were designed and built with straight/helical teeth to minimise losses through friction and stress on the supports. Moreover, our gears increase ratios slightly enabling you to exploit the full power of your vehicle, thus significantly increasing its original performance potential.

Classic and avant-garde. HTQ Malossi gears for the Vespa PX inherit the elements of the first gears project produced by Malossi between the end of the 80s and the beginning of the 90s. Completely redesigned, these primary gears use a straight-tooth configuration instead of the standard helical teeth. Nelle superfici di contatto tra gli ingranaggi abbiamo ottenuto delle piccole sacche utili al trasporto dell’olio per aumentarne e garantire la lubrificazione tra le pareti che scorrono tra loro. I numeri di denti sono stati calcolati per dare un rapporto di trasmissione ottimizzato.
