Only gone on one ride so far. Easy to adjust, good videos online for installing the provided pinlock shield, removing and installing the visor, and adjusting the chin strap. The chinstrap is a little tight even at the loosest setting but I'm a big guy, so I won't hold it against Shoei. This is my 2nd Shoei Helmet, I have a Shoei J-Cruise. I would've preferred a J-Cruise II but they didn't make it in red. The Neotec 3 is very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that it is nearly impossible to lower the chin guard and snap it close while riding.

Took my first ride with the Neotec 3 today. Fit and finish are excellent. Comfort was great as expected. I have been wearing Shoei for many years, several RF and a GT Air.

I had the original neotec. The Neotec 3 is light years ahead of the original. The helmet is great for riders with glasses. Don't worry about the weight. The helmet is so balanced you can't even feel the weight in the wind.

I ran with the Neotec 2 version for many years and saw the SHARP helmet rating of 5 stars...looking forward to many miles and years of use

It fits perfectly and the SENA SLR3 has been installed in the helmet when they are ordered togather. No need to bother yourself, just recieve, wear and ride. Its highly recommended.
